TILT AND SHIFT LENS FOR PANOSCAN
This QuickTime VR panorama demonstrates how the Hartblei tilt lens can be used to bring sharp focus to subjects both near and far while using a wide open aperture setting in dim lighting. This panorama was shot at F3.5 yet you can see that the near subjects and the far corner of the room are in sharp focus. This is possible using the Scheimpflug principle.

Note: the top half of the image will be soft while the bottom half stays in sharp focus.
